ERLANGER, Kentucky / BOCA RATON, Florida – LGM Pharma, an innovation-driven active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) company, headquartered in Erlanger, Kentucky with offices in Florida, New Jersey and Israel recently announced the appointment of Mr. Keith Lavery as chief financial officer (CFO) reporting to Dr. Prasad Raje, the CEO for LGM Pharma.
In this capacity, Mr. Lavery will oversee LGM’s international finance, information technology and human resources departments as well as support various growth strategies for the company. He will be located at LGM’s business office, based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Mr. Lavery has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance and operations with high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as CFO for BTI Partners, a real estate developer focused on Florida based opportunities. Prior to that, he served as CFO of MTN Satellite Communications, a private equity backed technology and telecom company. Mr. Lavery spent 5 years with MTN during their high growth years ultimately concluding with a successful exit of the company through a sale. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lavery held financial leadership roles with two public companies, Equity One, Inc. and for Woodbridge Holdings Corporate (formerly Levitt Homes). He also served in the audit practice of the Miami Office for Ernst & Young LLP, a global accounting firm. A Florida CPA, Mr. Lavery holds a Masters of Accounting from Florida International University and a Finance degree from University of Florida.
